ScrumAD Private Limited is hiring for CRM Client Support Specialist in Islamabad Dha Phase-Ii.

What you will do

Provide professional customer support via Email and Live Chat.
Assist customers with CRM features and technical troubleshooting.
Guide customers on Leads, Contacts, Contact Imports, Text Drips, Pipelines, Tags, and Notes.
Help customers create, manage, and troubleshoot SMS/Text Drips and campaigns.
Assist users in understanding and using the platform's built-in AI features.
Maintain reports and documentation using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

What you need

At least Bachelors Preferred Master's degree in computer science or other IT Related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, CRM,



SaaS, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience in Email Support and Live Chat Support.
Know Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

Pay: Rs 60,000 - Rs 100,000 a month
