Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in South Delhi for a Travel Operations Associate. The associate will create detailed travel itineraries using Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems and manage bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, tours, sightseeing activities, and other travel components. The role requires good knowledge of travel destinations within India to recommend suitable routes, accommodation, attractions, and travel arrangements based on customer requirements. The associate will coordinate with customers, vendors, hotels, airlines,



and other partners to confirm services, maintain accurate booking records, prepare travel documents and vouchers, and handle amendments, cancellations, or operational issues. The role also involves providing timely assistance before and during travel and collaborating with internal teams to deliver smooth, reliable, and high-quality travel experiences.

Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in travel operations, tourism, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge or qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Strong travel operations skills, including managing bookings, schedules, and travel itineraries.
Good knowledge of popular and emerging travel destinations within India.
Experience or familiarity with booking flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing activities, tours, and other travel components.
