Job Summary:
MARS COSMETICS is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Art Director to lead our visual projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photo and video shoots, as well as experience in moodboarding and storyboarding. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all visual projects from concept to execution
Create moodboards and storyboards to communicate visual ideas
Collaborate with photographers,



videographers, and other creative team members
Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives
Review and provide feedback on creative work
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role
Proven experience in photo and video shoots
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Skills:
Proficient in photo and video production
Strong moodboarding and storyboarding skills
Excellent visual communication
Creative thinking and problem-solving
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace
Strong organizational skills
