Role Description The Advertising Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying and securing advertising and sponsorship opportunities across media and event platforms, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily activities include prospecting and pitching to potential clients, preparing proposals and sales presentations, negotiating contracts,



and coordinating with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure successful campaign delivery. The manager will track sales performance, provide regular reports and forecasts, and contribute to developing sales strategies aligned with the company’s brand activation and partnership offerings. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
Strong Media Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Proficient in Marketing, with an understanding of BTL activations, brand partnerships, and influencer campaigns.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships and present solutions effectively.
Ability to develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
