Job Summary

We are looking for Real Estate Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling clients, delivering property presentations, and assisting them throughout the buying process. This role focuses on client interaction, presentation, and query resolution.

Required Knowledge & Skill:

• Any Graduation
• Good knowledge of MS Office, excel, Gmail, Google Sheet
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling ability
• Good knowledge of real estate projects (training can be provided)
• Problem-solving attitude for handling client queries

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and handle Channel partner clients
• Give professional presentations of projects/properties
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable options
• Arrange and conduct site visits
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers
• Resolve all client queries clearly and confidently
• Build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Coordinate with the team for deal finalization
• Maintain proper follow-up with interested clients
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
