Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to generate qualified leads and support business development efforts, with a strong focus on LinkedIn outreach and GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal management. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone early in their sales career to build hands-on experience in B2B lead generation and government tendering.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn (Sales Navigator or manual prospecting) and other relevant platforms
• Manage and actively track opportunities on the GeM portal — bid identification, documentation, and submission support
• Research and build a database of potential clients / decision-makers relevant to NexGen's service offerings
• Conduct initial outreach via LinkedIn, email,



or calls to qualify prospects
• Coordinate with the sales/founding team to schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads
• Maintain and update lead trackers / CRM sheets with accurate, up-to-date information
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-up communication
• Track industry trends and competitor activity relevant to lead sourcing

Requirements
• Pursuing/completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (BBA/MBA/PGDM preferred, not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn as a prospecting tool (and strong willingness to learn)
• Familiarity with the GeM portal is a plus — training will be provided if not
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
• Comfortable with MS Excel/ Google Sheets for tracking leads
• Ability to commute to Dwarka on working days

STIPEND: ₹7,000 – ₹15,000 per mon
