ROLE SUMMARY

IT is looking for a Brand Manager to own brand marketing end-to-end — from campaign curation to leading marketing execution. This person will be the driving force behind how the brand shows up across channels, ensuring every campaign, launch, and piece of communication reflects a strong, consistent brand voice. The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded marketing background and can move comfortably between big-picture brand strategy and hands-on campaign execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own end-to-end campaign curation — from concept and messaging to execution and post-campaign review.
• Lead marketing execution across channels, coordinating with internal teams and external partners (agencies, freelancers, platforms).
• Build and safeguard brand identity, tone, and positioning across all consumer touchpoints.
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategy for recent product launches and collections.
• Work closely with the content and creative teams to translate brand strategy into campaigns, videos, and social content.




• Track campaign performance and marketing effectiveness, and use insights to refine future campaigns.
• Manage marketing calendars, ensuring timely execution of campaigns across key dates, drops, and sale periods.
• Collaborate with the Growth Engine (e-commerce, performance marketing) to align brand campaigns with sales and growth goals.
• Manage brand marketing budgets and vendor relationships where applicable.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
• 3-6 years of experience in marketing, with clear exposure across brand marketing and campaign execution (not performance marketing alone).
• Demonstrated experience owning campaigns from ideation through to execution and results.
• Strong understanding of brand building — positioning, tone of voice, visual identity, and consistency across channels.
• Experience leading or closely coordinating with creative, content, and design functions.
