We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to join our growing team. This is a hands on role. You will manage your own recruitment assignments while also supporting the wider recruitment team and helping build AcadHire's recruitment function. Experience: 2 years Location: South Delhi Employment Type: Full time What you will do End to end recruitment Manage recruitment assignments from understanding the requirement through candidate joining Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels Screen and interview candidates Assess candidates against client requirements Manage candidate pipelines and follow up throughout the process Coordinate interviews, offers, documentation,
