Nutraceutical Export Lead – ME & Africa

Reporting To: Business Head / International Business Head
About Role

Medikabazaar is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Nutraceutical Export Lead to build and scale our nutraceutical business across Middle East (ME) and Africa, while also contributing to growth in the domestic Indian market.

The ideal candidate to have strong experience in B2B sales, international exports, distributor management, market development, and nutraceutical/healthcare products, with the ability to manage a large business portfolio of approximately ₹100 Cr.

Key Responsibilities

International Business – ME & Africa
Own the P&L; and revenue growth for the Middle East and Africa markets.
Develop and execute market-entry and expansion strategies across identified countries.
Build and manage relationships with distributors, importers, wholesalers, pharmacies, hospitals, healthcare institutions and strategic partners.
Identify recent business opportunities, customers and distribution partners.
Drive the complete export sales cycle,



from lead generation and negotiations through order closure and collections.
Develop country-wise sales plans, targets and growth strategies.
Monitor market trends, competition, pricing and customer requirements.

Domestic & International Sales
Drive sales of the nutraceutical portfolio across both domestic and international markets.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand the portfolio across existing customers and channels.
Build strategic partnerships with key accounts and large institutional customers.
Work closely with the commercial and sales teams to achieve revenue and margin objectives.

Portfolio Management
Take end-to-end ownership of a business portfolio of approximately ₹100 Cr.
Deliver revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and working-capital objectives.

Product & Portfolio Development
Understand the nutraceutical product portfolio and identify products with high potential in domestic and internati
