As Associate Director/Director,



you will be responsible for such duties and responsibilities that are normally associated with your position, which include, but are not limited to, the following:
➢ Manage all communications with Investors, including newsletters, Financial Statements, Performance reports, and Scheduled K-1s for tax filing;
➢ Build and maintain solid relationships with investors and clients by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally;
➢ Prepare/Generate, and distribute investor reports such as Investor Statements, Contract Notes, and Confirmation letters;
➢ Ensure all communications and reports comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
➢ Conducts training on Investor Relations procedures and Firm policies;
➢ Comply with regulatory requirements, company and group policies; maintain compliance awareness.
➢ Escalate issues to the Risk Management Head and provide risk evaluation if need be;
➢ Coordinates with the Fund Administration
