Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Molding Machine Maintenance role based at the Navneet Plastic Industries facility in Gurgaon. The role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance on molding machines and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting machinery, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, troubleshooting faults,



and carrying out repair and replacement of parts. The maintenance professional will monitor machine performance, maintain accurate maintenance records, coordinate with production staff to minimize downtime, and follow safety and quality standards in line with ISO practices. The role may also involve supporting improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and overall manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust skills in Equipment Maintenance and general Maintenance to support continuous molding operations.
