Role Description The National Sales Manager is a full time, hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for driving national sales strategy for solar inverter and energy storage solutions, including developing sales plans, setting targets, and overseeing execution across regions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, building and maintaining relationships with channel partners and installers, monitoring sales performance, and identifying new business opportunities in the solar and renewable energy market. The National Sales Manager will lead and mentor a sales team, coordinate with technical and operations teams to align product offerings with customer needs, and prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for leadership. The role also involves ensuring strong market presence, participating in industry events, and supporting customer success through proactive engagement and timely issue resolution.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Business Planning and Sales to develop and execute national strategies and achieve growth targets.
Proficiency in Account Management to build, maintain, and expand relationships with key customers, distributors, and partner
