Role Description The IOT - Field Support Engineer an on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for providing technical and customer-facing support for IENERGY’s IoT-driven solutions, including remote asset monitoring and tracking systems. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining field devices and gateways, performing diagnostic tests, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues at customer locations. The Field Support Engineer will collaborate with internal product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth deployment, reliable operation, and continuous improvement of IoT solutions. Daily activities include responding to support tickets, documenting incidents and resolutions, guiding users on best practices, and providing feedback from the field to enhance system performance and user experience.
