Roles

The Role of the Manager in Test Engineering / F A department is to lead, guide, mentor and coach the team to meet the TE department KPI thru Skill development thru training, Test equipment innovation, implementing cost-effective methods to ensure no tester down time. Ensuring Tester OEE met or exceed the target. Also ensure SANMINA SOP’s are met during NPI execution and production run.

Academic Qualification / Job Qualification

Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering with more than 20 years experience (or)
B. E in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation with 18 years experience and above

Responsibilities

Ensure SOP’s are created for team responsibilities related 5S, Spares, Down time reduction, False failure reduction, Change over, Validation, Tester & Fixture buy off, FPY improvement, Escalation, Supplier support, Production plan execution & PM
Ensure the overall project plan for the Tester Equipment & Test Fixtures validation and qualification are executed on timely manner.
Lead, Train and guide the team to achieve the department KPI’s.
