About the Role

You'll work directly with the founder and be responsible for driving revenue across online and offline channels while identifying new opportunities to grow both brands.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Drive revenue growth across both brands.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and manage distributor, retailer, and dealer networks.




Develop institutional, corporate gifting, hospitality, and strategic partnerships.
Identify and develop new sales channels and markets.
Growth & Strategy
Identify current revenue opportunities and business expansion ideas.
Work closely with our digital marketing agency to improve campaign performance.
Improve website conversions, customer acquisition, and retention.
Recommend pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies based on market insights.
Track key business metrics and prepare actionable growth plans.
Ownership
Work directly with the founder on key business initiatives.
Coordinate across sales, marketing, operations, and external partners to ensure execution.
Build scalable systems and processes that support long-term growth.
Take complete ownership of assigned projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
