We are looking for an experienced Infor FSM Tax Factory Consultant to provide functional support and expertise for Tax Factory processes within the Infor FSM ecosystem.

Key responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 functional support for Infor FSM Tax Factory modules and tax-related configurations.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
Support tax calculation, compliance, and reporting processes during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions for recurring tax-related issues.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions for tax processes.
Support application enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployments related to Tax Factory.
Assist with incident, problem, and change management activities.
Participate in upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives for Infor FSM and Tax Factory.




Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues involving integrations, workflows, tax engines, and data interfaces.
Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and support artifacts.

Required skills & experience
Robust functional knowledge of Infor FSM Tax Factory and tax configuration.
Experience with indirect tax calculations, tax determination, and compliance processes.
Understanding of Tax Factory integrations with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Procurement modules.
Experience providing application support in an L2/L3 support environment.
Prior involvement in one or more Infor FSM implementation or support projects with Tax Factory.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience with healthcare clients is an added advantage.
