Role Description The State Sales Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for ARKRAY Healthcare’s medical devices within an assigned state or region. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and developing recent business opportunities with hospitals, diagnostic centers,



and healthcare professionals. The State Sales Manager will oversee and support field sales representatives, monitor performance against targets, and provide guidance to ensure effective territory coverage. Day-to-day activities include sales forecasting, conducting customer visits and product presentations (virtual or in-person as required), negotiating contracts, coordinating with marketing and customer support teams, and preparing regular sales reports and market insights. The role also includes ensuring adherence to company policies, maintaining strong customer relationships, and representing ARKRAY Healthcare as a trusted partner in the healthcare community.
