Role Summary
The Content & Studio Assistant supports the CMO across two primary areas: Studio & Content
Production and Social Media Content Management. The role is intended for someone with practical experience in product photography/content shooting and graphic design.



The assistant will help produce Kisan Bahadur's visual content in the studio and manage the day-to-day preparation and publishing of approved social media content. Overall creative direction, campaign strategy, and final approval remain with the CMO.

1. Studio & Content Production
Support the creation of high-quality product and brand content for Kisan Bahadur.
● Assist the CMO during studio and product shoots.
● Shoot product photography and social media content when required.
● Assist with studio setup, including products, props, backgrounds, lighting, and basic equipment.
● Prepare products and compositions for shoots according to the creative direction provided.
● Edit and retouch photographs for digital and social media use.
● Create and adapt graphic design assets for social media and brand requirements.
● Resize and prepare approved creatives for different platforms and formats.
