We're looking for a People Partner to drive our HR advisory strategy in Italy. You’ll bring a balance of strategic insight and operational execution to shape policies and procedures while embedding culture across the team to enable continuous growth and learning.

What you'll be doing
Acting as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance, coaching, and support across the full employee lifecycle
Identifying emerging people trends and organisational challenges, and partnering with stakeholders to design effective, data-informed solutions
Supporting and optimising daily HR operations while ensuring an exceptional employee experience
Leading and advising on performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary matters in line with Indian labour laws
