About The Role

Were looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to step up as a player-coach on our growth team. Youll own top-of-funnel prospecting yourself while mentoring and leading a small team of SDRs and, importantly, youll own the middle of the funnel: nurturing engaged prospects, running qualification, and moving opportunities cleanly toward our Account Executives.



This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves building pipeline and building people at the same time.

What Youll Do

Pipeline generation

Prospect and qualify target accounts across logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, 3PL, and e-commerce segments.

Run multi-channel outbound email, calls, LinkedIn, and sequences to book qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Research accounts and personas to craft relevant, value-led messaging around cost savings, on-time delivery, and route/load optimization.

Mid-funnel ownership

Own the middle of the funnel nurture engaged and marketing-qualified leads until they are sales-ready.

Run discovery and qualification (BANT/MEDDIC or similar) to confirm fit, pain, timing, and decision process before handoff.

Manage clean, timely handoffs to Account Executives and stay involved to protect conversion and reduce fall-off.
