About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and execution-focused Project Manager – Founder’s Office to work closely with the founders and help drive key projects across the company.

This is not a conventional project management role limited to maintaining timelines and trackers. You will operate across teams, ensure priorities move forward, improve internal processes, coordinate stakeholders, and take ownership of important founder-led initiatives.

The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, and capable of turning discussions into clear action plans and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with the founders to manage and execute high-priority initiatives.
Coordinate across design, development, marketing, sales and operations teams.
Convert meetings and discussions into explicit tasks, owners, deadlines and follow-ups.
Track multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timelines and deliverables stay on schedule.
Identify blockers early and work with relevant team members to resolve them.




Maintain project trackers, documentation, SOPs and internal dashboards.
Conduct regular follow-ups with team members to ensure accountability.
Prepare project updates and concise progress reports for the founders.
Improve internal workflows and introduce systems that make execution more efficient.
Coordinate client-related deliverables where founder involvement is required.
Support hiring, onboarding, vendor coordination and other operational initiatives when required.
Conduct research and analysis for new initiatives, tools, processes or business opportunities.
Take ownership of ad-hoc strategic projects from planning through execution.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, agency management, startup operations or a similar role.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
