Pixelizt is looking for a Performance Marketing Intern with hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

This is a full-time, 3-month paid internship where you will work directly on campaigns for restaurant clients and gain practical experience in campaign setup, creative testing, optimisation, tracking, and reporting.

Work Mode: Remote
Duration: 3 months
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Joining: Immediate

What You'll Work On
-Campaign Management
-Set up, launch, and manage Meta campaigns for restaurant clients, including lead generation, WhatsApp/messages, and promotional campaigns.
-Creative Testing
-Coordinate and work on ad images and videos, test different creative approaches, and identify what performs best.
-Campaign Optimisation
-Monitor campaign performance regularly and make data-driven adjustments to budgets, audiences, creatives, and placements.
-Performance Tracking
-Track key metrics such as cost per lead, cost per message, conversion performance,



and campaign spend.
-Reporting
-Maintain accurate campaign data and contribute to monthly performance reports for clients.

What We're Looking For
Previous hands-on experience running Meta ad campaigns is required.
Experience managing campaigns with real advertising budgets is preferred.
Understanding of campaign objectives, audiences, creatives, budgets, and basic Meta Ads metrics.
Comfortable analysing campaign performance and making optimisation decisions based on data.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned campaigns.
Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Available full-time, Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–7 PM for 3 months.
Available to join immediately.
