Key Responsibilities We Will Trust You With:
The Human Resources Specialist, Payroll & Benefits position is responsible for supporting all day-to-day HR operations for approximately 30+ employees within the company's India Center of Excellence (COE). This position serves as the primary local HR resource,



managing payroll administration, employee benefits, HR compliance, employee support, onboarding, and recruitment coordination.

The India COE primarily consists of Finance & Accounting professionals and Tender/Proposal Engineering employees who support a multinational organization. The successful candidate will work independently with limited supervision while partnering closely with global HR, finance, payroll providers, advantages vendors, and business leaders to ensure an exceptional employee experience and compliance with local employment regulations.

Payroll Administration
Administer and coordinate monthly payroll processing for India employees through external payroll providers.
Review payroll inputs including new hires, employee changes, leave records, incentive payments, and statutory deductions.
Validate payroll reports for accuracy and reconcile discrepancies before payroll submission.
