Role Description The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, and supporting offer and onboarding activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing talent pipelines, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and collaborating closely with department heads to understand role requirements and workforce plans. The role also involves enhancing employer branding, ensuring a fair and inclusive recruitment process, and continuously improving hiring practices to meet organizational needs and timelines.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
Candidates should possess solid Hiring and Interviewing skills to assess talent and support informed selection decisions.




Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
Relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing sector recruiting is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to fair, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
