Role Description The Training and Placement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.



The role involves planning and coordinating campus placement activities, building and maintaining relationships with employers, and organizing recruitment drives and corporate interactions. The individual will design and deliver training programs to enhance students’ employability skills, including soft skills, interview preparation, and workplace readiness. Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with academic departments, tracking student placement data, guiding learners on career pathways, and ensuring effective communication between students, faculty, and hiring organizations. The Training and Placement Officer will also identify emerging industry trends, collaborate on curriculum alignment with market needs, and represent the institute at external events and networking forums.
