About the Role
We are looking for energetic, ambitious and target-driven Business Development Associates to join our Inside Sales team.
You will engage with prospective learners, understand their career aspirations and help them choose suitable programmes while managing the complete sales journey from initial conversation to enrolment.




This is a high-engagement B2C inside-sales role with counselling, follow-ups and monthly enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective learners through inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp and online meetings
Understand their education, work experience, career goals and learning requirements
Explain programme features, eligibility, fees, admission process and career relevance
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to enrolment
Handle learner queries and objections confidently
Follow up consistently with prospects and build a strong sales pipeline
Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in CRM
Achieve daily activity goals and weekly/monthly enrolment and revenue targets
Deliver a professional and positive learner experience throughout the sales process
