Required Experience/Skills:
· 6 months to 3 years experience with US Staffing
· Strong experience in recruiting for Engineering or IT or Healthcare orPharma positions
· Solid sourcing and candidate screening skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and remotely
· Knowledge of recruitment best practices
· Experience with applicant tracking systems
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
