The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20 years of overall experience, including at least 8 years in senior leadership roles, with a strong track record in the real estate industry, preferably across residential and developments. The candidate must have a strong understanding of the Odisha real estate market, local business ecosystem, land acquisition, statutory approvals, project development, sales, and customer management. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Strategy & Growth Develop and execute the company's overall business strategy and long-term growth plan.
