Role Description The Assistant Manager at Hyatt Place Pune Hinjawadi is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This position supports daily hotel operations, including overseeing front desk activities, coordinating housekeeping and food and beverage services, and helping ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes. The Assistant Manager monitors service standards, addresses guest concerns, and collaborates with teams to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. This role assists with staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback,



while supporting compliance with brand standards, safety procedures, and operational policies. The Assistant Manager also helps with basic reporting, inventory checks, and communication with senior management on operational needs and improvements.
