2. Role Purpose

The Operations Manager will drive the operational, commercial, and technical presence of the company in India. This role combines business growth, client and market development, procurement, supply chain supervision, and IT systems management to ensure seamless business expansion and operational excellence.

3. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Leadership (Core Focus)

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities for industrial components in local and regional markets.

• Market Expansion & Strategy: Drive marketing initiatives, promote the brand portfolio, and analyze industrial market trends to position product offerings effectively.

• Key Account & Client Relations: Manage relationships with key accounts, oversee client inquiries, handle commercial proposals,



and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

• Sales Operations: Align sales goals with production and sourcing capabilities to ensure timely order fulfillment and revenue growth.

Procurement & Sourcing Supervision

• Procurement Strategy: Lead local purchasing strategy, identify manufacturing partners, and negotiate competitive pricing for industrial components across Gujarat.

• Supplier Management: Audit, onboard, and evaluate supplier performance regarding pricing, lead times, production capacity, and reliability.

• Commercial Negotiation: Structure purchase agreements, secure favorable terms, and protect operational margins.

IT & Systems Supervision

• Digital Tools & Systems: Oversee the implementation and daily operation of business systems (ERP/CRM, inventory management, digital component catalogs).
