Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and execution of architectural, interior, and landscape projects in a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the development of conceptual and detailed designs, preparing drawings and 3D models, and contributing to design presentations. The role involves coordinating with senior architects, consultants, and vendors, as well as supporting site visits, measurements, and documentation. The Junior Architect will help ensure that design intent, functionality,



and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to support concept development and detailed design work.
Understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM, or cooperative project platforms.
Basic Project Management skills, including task coordination, time management, and documentation of design and site activities.
Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and ability to produce clear drawings and visualizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment, communicate clearly, and take feedback constructively.
