Role Description This is a full-time, in office AC Technician role based in Bengaluru. The AC Technician will install, inspect, and repair split air conditioning systems for residential and commercial customers. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, checking electrical connections, and ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment. The role involves responding to service calls, completing work reports, coordinating with the service team,



and maintaining tools and materials in good condition. The technician is expected to follow safety guidelines, communicate clearly with customers, and support additional tasks related to electricity meters and relevant equipment when required.
Qualifications

Strong technical skills in AC system Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
Knowledge of basic Electricity principles and safe handling of electrical components in HVAC systems.
Experience with Plumbing-related aspects of AC installation and condensate drainage.
Understanding of EPA or equivalent environmental and safety standards related to refrigerants and HVAC work (where applicable).
Relevant technical diploma, ITI certification, or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, or a related field.
Previous experience as an AC technician or in a similar field service role is preferred.
