Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, hybrid role based in Jalandhar,



with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and supporting export-focused sales across key industrial markets. The specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns, prepare proposals, coordinate product presentations, and assist in negotiating contracts in line with company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining CRM records, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with production and logistics capabilities. The specialist will also help deliver basic product training to clients and partners, and contribute to brand visibility through digital and offline marketing initiatives.
