Role Description The Assistant System Engineer is a full time, remote role responsible for supporting the stability, performance, and security of PInterview’s online platform. On a day-to-day basis, this role assists in monitoring systems, performing routine maintenance,



and handling system administration tasks such as user management, configuration updates, and basic server operations. The Assistant System Engineer investigates technical issues, provides troubleshooting and technical support to internal teams, and escalates complex problems when necessary. This role also contributes to systems design activities by documenting requirements, testing configurations, and supporting implementation of improvements. Collaboration with engineering, product, and support teams is essential to ensure a reliable, seamless experience for platform users.
