Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Pune Division. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into engaging video content for courses, marketing campaigns, social media, and internal initiatives.



Day-to-day tasks include organizing assets, cutting and refining clips, applying transitions, color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring brand consistency across all video outputs. The role also involves collaborating with content creators, instructors, and marketing teams to translate concepts into impactful visual stories, optimizing videos for different platforms and formats, and maintaining high technical and creative standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing
Edit long-form educational lectures and technical tutorials.
Create engaging short-form videos, Reels and Shorts.
Edit screen recordings, demonstrations and software tutorials.
Add transitions, titles, subtitles, graphics and animations.
Perform audio cleanup, synchronization, noise reduction and basic sound design.
Perform color correction and overall video enhancement.
