Role Purpose

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for end-to-end operational leadership of the NGO’s education, skill development, training and testing/assessment centres. The role will translate the organization's strategy into measurable operating plans, ensure consistent quality and performance across centres, drive new initiatives, and establish a strong culture of accountability, execution and data-driven decision making.

The COO will work closely with the CEO and senior management and will be expected to develop, monitor and present OKRs, KPIs, operational dashboards and improvement plans to management/Board.

Operations & Centre Management:
Lead and oversee operations across multiple education, skill development and testing centres.




Establish standard operating processes, service standards, controls and performance metrics across centres.
Monitor center utilization, enrolment, attendance, completion, learner outcomes, quality and productivity.
Review center performance regularly and drive corrective actions for underperforming centres.
Ensure optimum utilization of infrastructure, trainers, faculty and other resources.
Oversee operational implementation of education and skill-development programmers and course content.
Ensure curriculum, learning material, trainers, infrastructure and assessments are ready before programmer launch.
Monitor programmer effectiveness and learner outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure timely updating of course content based on learner, industry and programmer requirements.
Lead operational planning and implementation of current programmers, centres and strategic initiatives.
