Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Drive B2B sales by building and maintaining robust relationships with travel agents, tour operators, wholesalers, and corporate clients
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Leisure, and corporate.
Promote represented destinations through sales calls, presentations, product training sessions, trade events, roadshows, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives.
Manage key trade accounts and strengthen long-term partnerships to maximize business opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams, tourism board representatives,



and marketing partners to execute sales and promotional activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare periodic sales forecasts, business reports, and performance updates for management.
Represent the company at domestic and international trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums.
Ensure achievement of individual and team sales objectives while maintaining high standards of client service.
Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related discipline.
7–10 years of proven experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, destination representation, or allied industries.
Strong B2B sales experience with the Indian travel trade, including travel agencies, tour operators, corporate travel, and MICE partners.
