Scrum Master - Product Development
Experience: 6+ Years
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification preferred
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile practices and facilitate the successful delivery of product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative, high-performing environment, enable team effectiveness, and ensure alignment with Agile principles and delivery objectives. This role requires robust leadership, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Facilitation
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Champion Agile values, principles, and best practices across development teams.
Guide teams in adopting and continuously improving Agile methodologies.
Team Enablement
Empower teams to self-organize, collaborate effectively,
and take ownership of delivery outcomes.
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Coach team members on Agile practices and servant leadership principles.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a liaison between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
Facilitate clear communication and alignment across teams and business functions.
Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery timelines.
Backlog & Sprint Management
Partner with Product Owners to refine, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
Ensure user stories are clearly defined, estimated, and aligned with business priorities.
Support effective sprint planning and execution.
Metrics & Reporting
Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, burndown charts, and release tracking.
Provide regular project status updates and insights to stakeholders.
