Job Purpose

To Manage Project QA & QC Process, Inspection and Testing of Construction works. Ensure final products are in line with Employer’s Requirement and Comply to Contract Terms and codal standards and specifications. Implementation ISO Management System, Audits & Compliance.

Accountabilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Performance Indicators

Implement the QA/QC management system at site
Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors coordinate all nondestructive testing on site.
Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
% adherence to the Quality Standards.
Ensures the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements.
Training Records and awareness campaigns photographs
Carry out regular site inspections in association with project manager and site team.




Attending site committee meetings and site co-ordination meetings.
Inspection reports and Site quality Observations
Site review meeting minutes and follow ups
Complying legal requirements and other statutory requirements.
Conducting Internal audits for Integrated Management systems.
Quality formats / Audit observations and findings
Non – conformance Reports

Government/Regulatory agencies, External Auditors, Clients and vendors

Cross functional team members and user departments.

Should have worked in projects of size 150 to 300 Cr.

Handle a team of 2-4 employees.

Education Qualifications

MBA / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management / Hospitality

Relevant Experience

12 to 14 years of work experience in Construction QA/QC in the field of Buildings especially mega malls/ It parks/ Commercial buildings
