Hiring: Growth / Revenue Operator - Bangalore
At Wudhomes , we are building a contemporary furniture brand and looking for someone to own digital growth , from acquiring the right audience to generating leads and driving revenue.
What you’ll work on:
• Performance marketing
• Creative testing and figuring out what messaging works
• Building & iterating landing pages
• GA4, GTM, Meta analytics & funnel tracking
• Analysing performance and continuously running experiments
Must have:
• Hands-on performance marketing experience
• Robust analytical + creative thinking
• Has built/grown something independently - business, side project, D2C brand, page, etc.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Bangalore-based
Compensation : ₹30–50k/month , depending on experience and fit
