Role Description The HR & Finance Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur. This role involves handling day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding, and assisting with training and development initiatives. The associate will support core HR processes such as attendance tracking, leave management, and policy implementation,



while ensuring clear communication between management and staff. On the finance side, responsibilities include basic bookkeeping support, invoice and expense tracking, coordinating payroll inputs, and assisting in preparation of reports for management.
Qualifications
Strong Human Resources skills, including HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resources (HR) knowledge.
Experience or interest in Training & Development, with the ability to support employee learning and performance improvement initiatives.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members at all levels.
Basic finance and accounting knowledge, including familiarity with payroll processes, entering bills in Tally software and expense tracking.
Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; comfort with Tally Premium accounting software is needed.
