Role Description The United States Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for U.S.-based roles, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates across healthcare, IT,



and other qualified services. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing talent using job boards and professional networks, reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone and video interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. The recruiter will also manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. Additional responsibilities include supporting offer negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and staying informed about U.S. labor market trends and compliance considerations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
