Solid understanding of .NET development and proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries. Capability to interpret technical requirements, clearly articulate thought processes, and raise relevant queries to ensure clarity. Ability to evaluate proposed solutions by identifying pros and cons and recommend optimal implementation approaches rather than strictly following given instructions. Experience in mentoring junior developers, addressing their queries, conducting code reviews, and taking full ownership of technical implementation and underlying logic. Solid sense of accountability with a proven ability to deliver tasks within defined timelines.
