Summary
UST is seeking a highly experienced Senior PMO Analyst / Project Management Office Lead to support enterprise-wide project governance, portfolio management, and strategic delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Project Management Office (PMO) operations, Enterprise Program Management (EPM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile methodologies, and Healthcare Technology. This role will partner with project managers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to ensure successful planning, execution, governance, resource management, and reporting across multiple enterprise projects.
The Opportunity
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Support the PMO Manager in planning,
monitoring, and managing enterprise projects from initiation through successful delivery.
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to quality, scope, timelines, budgets, and organizational standards.
Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, documentation, governance, and project lifecycle management.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, maintain action items, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, project repositories, and governance artifacts.
Develop dashboards, reports, and executive presentations to provide visibility into project health, risks, milestones, budgets, and resource utilization.
Analyze project data and generate actionable insights to support portfolio decision-making and executive reporting.
