Key roles and responsibilities:
Complete Recruitment process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions,



from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers & functional heads to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with the company's values and goals.
