Software Developer (Android)

Experience: 5+ Years

Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA

Key Responsibilities

Participate in software design discussions and analyze business/user requirements to define technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.
Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features and fixes.
Follow software development best practices and SDLC processes.
Support application releases, deployments, and post-production activities.
Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other development-related tasks as required.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and Material Design.
Experience in developing and maintaining Android mobile applications.
Expertise in REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, and backend integrations.




Experience with UPI and payment gateway integrations.
Hands-on experience with Google Play Store deployment, publishing, and maintenance.
Good understanding of Spring Boot, HTML5, and C++.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka is preferred.
Understanding of software development methodologies and the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in financial services, fintech, or payment applications is an added advantage.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building secure, high-performance mobile applications.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Agile development environments.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
