Role Description The Office Manager role at JP Engineering is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing administrative tasks, maintaining office records, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient use of office equipment and supplies.



This role will handle customer and vendor communication, support service and project teams with documentation and follow-ups, and assist with billing, basic reporting, and filing. The Office Manager will also help organize meetings and trainings, maintain a professional office environment, and support management in implementing office policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage daily operations, documentation, and scheduling.
Working knowledge of Office Equipment and basic IT tools (computers, printers, scanners, MS Office or similar software).
Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, and support compliance with company processes and standards.
Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Officer
