Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time,



on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with startups, investors, and ecosystem partners, and supporting capital-raising activities. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, market and sector research, preparing pitch materials and presentations, and coordinating meetings and follow-ups with founders and funds. The specialist will work closely with the leadership team to support pipeline development for the AIF fund, track deal flow, update CRM or tracking tools, and contribute to strategic outreach initiatives and co-investment opportunities. The role also involves collaborating across internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for stakeholders and representing SIDANA VENTURES at events, meetings, and industry forums as needed.
