Petrol Pump Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Petrol Pump Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the petrol pump, ensuring smooth business operations, effective staff management, accurate cash and fuel inventory control, customer satisfaction, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities





Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the petrol pump.

Supervise pump staff, allocate duties, and manage shifts effectively.

Monitor fuel dispensing, stock levels, receipts, and daily consumption.

Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports and operational records.

Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the petrol pump premises.

Implement and monitor all safety, fire, and operational compliance procedures.

Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

Monitor customer service standards and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Coordinate with suppliers, maintenance teams, and management as required.

Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.

Maintain discipline, teamwork, and productivity among staff.
