We are looking for a energetic, field-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive new business acquisition and lead generation for Urban Clothing's uniform supply vertical. The role involves direct client engagement across Hospitals, Schools, Facility Management companies, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering) businesses — identifying prospects, building relationships with decision-makers, and converting leads into long-term uniform supply contracts.





Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Bhiwandi. The Sales and Marketing Executive will identify and pursue new corporate and school uniform clients, manage existing customer relationships, and support the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales presentations, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the production and design teams to align client requirements with manufacturing capabilities. The role also involves assisting in market planning, executing marketing campaigns, attending client meetings, and maintaining accurate sales and marketing reports. The successful candidate will contribute to brand visibility, revenue growth, and long-term customer partnerships.
